Could you please tell me which of the following sentences is natural and better?
1) In case of emergency, please call staff by using the telephone located near the desk.
2) In case of emergency, please use the telephone located near the desk to call the staff.

How about my following sentence sir? Is it correct at all?
"Don't worry, I have made a copy of that for the case of emergency/urgency/necessity."
