in the Bursur's office in college,

"I have a tuition to be refunded in full. I asked for a full refund in the sudent office, and i got acceptance. It 's been more than a month since I got acceptance.
Could you check it?(what is happening?)"

For a practice......
If I say" I have something to get." , isn't this meaning that " I need to get something' from someone, someplace????
Like I have money to be refunded.
