Can I write:

She teaches in school.

I would suggest these:

She teaches.
She teaches at ABC School.
Miss Lim teaches math(s) at the junior high school.

Thanks. But, why don't we use "in the school"?

She teaches in the school.

 Vincent, haven't you learned that prepositions simply are what they are? 
Because we don't say it that way.

(b) The teacher teaches Maths at school.

(c) The teacher teaches us in school.
