00I don't think there is reason for that. To me, most of the time, prepositions like these don't really follow a logic rule. We say 'in the playground' in this case because this is what native speakers of English tend to say. Grammar rules follow native speakers' habits, people create the rules based on the pattern the language is used by native spe
