IN AT again

Hi!
Is this usage of IN and AT correct?

- Where are you know?
- I'm at the doctor's.

- I'm AT the hospital looking for you (=I'm not a patient) . Where are you exactly?
- I'm IN the doctors office. (=In one of the rooms which is called "doctor's office")

Best regards,
Kamil
