In all time or Of all time?

Hello Guys,

This is my first Q here so please be easy on me if I'm not following the rules.

I get confused between wether I use OF or IN.

Yesterday I wanted to use this sentence below but I got confused:

Best brand in all time

Best brand of all time

Both sounds good when I say it Emotion: tongue tied

Also give me some rules that could help me in this kind of situation .

Thank you.
