In advance/ that's where I am

The preacher ask the audience to be thankful to God. here I think that also "thank you in advance" reffer to thank the Lord, but I don't understand what in advance means here. Also when he says (video at 7:11) "that's where I am" what does that mean, please?

Thank you for love, thank you for kindness, thank you for humility, thank you for peace. Thank you for Prosperity, say. Thank you in advance for what's already yours - that's how I live my life, that's where I am.
