In a conversation

Hi,I have a question.

If someone tells me an order such as '' Don't do that.'',

can I answer like

''Yes I do.''(I will do that.), ''No, I don't.''(I don't do that.)

?

Or would it be better to simply answer ''O.K.'' orArlight?

In my opinion "I will not" sounds more obedient. 'OK' is ok. I am wondering whether 'Alright' fits here.

No, not at all. I suppose that this is what you mean:

A: Don't do A.

B1: ------- We do not answer in any way like that. A native response would be "But I have to do A / I was told to do A", etc.

B2: But I'm not doing A. / OK, I won't do A.
