Is "All of the contents in the final draft are important" correct?

Does "If any of the vehicle parts in the store is/are expensive we can buy them online" make sense?

Thanks!

Hi, Is "All of the contents in the final draft are important" correct? 'Of' is better than 'in'. But the sentence still sounds a bit awkward.

OK:

All of the contents in the final draft are important.
