Hi,

I think 'With the aim or purpose of ' will be satisfactory.

Thanks.

Hi

Here 'in as little as 15 minutes' = only 15 minutes.

In other words - it will only take about 15 minutes a day to get fit.

We do things in a certain amount of time.

I will be ready in five minutes = five minutes from now I will be ready.
