How many words, phrases, idioms, etc an advanced learner should study a day?

Language acquisition is not that straightforward, Nina. Each student has a different schedule, aptitude and capacity. There is no specific number that should be studied a day—and that is a poor measure of how many might actually be learned, anyway.
