Improving sentence structure

"If a law made by the Parliament on a subject listed in the Concurrent List clearly specifies that the law would be implemented by the Central Government, the law would be implemented by the Central Government."

Kindly suggest a way to express this sentence in fewer words. I'm particularly concerned about the repitition of the phrase - "the law would be implemented by the Central Government"
