Dear sir,
Sub: Submission of stamp paper for completion of registration as an Industrial Trainee.
This is with reference to the letter I got from the Institute of ABC dated 19/05/2016 regarding the non-submission of non-judicial stamp paper. I got this letter on 1st of June 2016. As I have not submitted the non-judicial stamp paper along with the form-104, I am submitting the same along with this letter. Although I have submitted the Form-610 on 1st of May 2016.
I request you to please accept the same.
