Improve my Writing Skill

Hello,

I am really interested in knowing vey well how I can improve my writing skill... Before I changed job, I thought I had a good writing technique, but now having an English boss, this impression has been falling apart. Every time I write something to him, he always corrects thing I am supposed to know... I feel kind of insecure now when writing and I need to find out what the solution might be...

I will appreciate if anybody has any answer...
