Improve my english

hi,
my name is Shikha... i can write in english, but i cnt speak in english. i love to and i want to speak in english but i m scared of.. because of this am loosing my confidence. nowadays i keep quite because evrybody here speak in english but when i start speaking in english , i feel that i am not speaking correct. thats y i kept quite. I live in India. In this corporate world everybody speak in english and i m lacking in this.Please Sir/Mam help me in speaking english fluently which will increase my confidence level and will help me alot in getting success in my career.
