Impression

See how horrible of an impression China has to the world.

Does this sentence basically mean that the world has a bad impression of china?

Is it natural or grammatically correct?

Thanks!

It is not a good sentence, but it means what you said. I would recast minimally to this: See how horrible an impression China has made on the rest of the world!
