I think it depends, if my reason to meet that person is to expect a service, then professional person would be appreciated.
a person who i expect an aid from him, a respect toward me and sensitivity. It's like that, but generally i'd say a mutual respect.

As others said, I also try to find the respect and honesty in the person I am talking with. If they act fine with me, I pay heed to them whenever they are around. Giving love is one good thing you can do.
