Hi Teacher !Good Morning!
Can anyone help me correct this writing?
I know the format of writing a letter. I just don't know whether my writing is correct.

I am Sugathi A/P Ayow. My identity card number is [Removed]. I am now writing to tell you that I can not attend the court,because my husband is in hospital(Removed) now.
