How are you all my teachers ?
Please could you help me to write carrier history of my experiences ?
I don't know how to write it . I wrote it as follow and please check and help me .
If you could help me , that will be very helpful for my life.
My carrier histories are as follow;
1. Hotel Supervisor, Ambassador Hill Hotels & Residences
(June 2015 – present)
Responsible for staffs management, manage for monthly staffs duty roster, training to all staff,
supervise to Front Office , Housekeeping, Laundry, Food and beverage , Store
departments . Cooperate with Managing Director for Standard Operation Procedures, manage
and work for Marketing, prepare rules and regulations for all departments. Prepare documents
for SOP. Searching for new knowledge, techniques and using in organizations. Trying to give
the special services to customers…
2. Hotel Assistant Manager, New Yangon Hotel.
(July.2013 – May 2015)
Helped to Managing Director and cooperated well with team, especially worked for Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department and Laundry Department. Handled for guest’s complains, performed also as a Guest Relationship Officer, checked and reported for monthly laundry costs, reported for responsibilities and performances of staffs. Advertised for hotel’s services and searched for markets. Responsible for reservations, contracts with travel agents and also checked, explained and improved to a standard organization.
3. Replacing Staff, Royal Ruby Hotel
(10.March.2012 - July.2013)
I was try my best at my first job, collected my experiences and used practical my knowledge
from training classed. I loved to work in hospitality industry for my future. I studied about
hospitality business very hard. Replacing Staff means to work in every position expect form
Manager that when staffs are off or took leave in a departments. I got a lot of experiences and
enjoyed at my first job.
