Implying I would do?

I am not a native English speaker, and I have a question regarding the syntax of a particular sentence.
If I say to someone, for example : "Don't throw rocks at people."
Would it be grammatically correct for the person to answer : "Implying I would do."
(as in, "implying I would throw rocks at people")
Personnally, I think it would sound better if the person said "Implying I would", or "Implying I would do it", but I'm not sure.
Thank you for your help!
