These OK?

I am going over to the Micawbers'.

I say an apostrophe after the 's' because 'home' or 'house' is implied.

BUT: I will be visiting the Micawbers. (Apostrophe in this one????)

the Joneses' car
Rich Jones's car

the Stevens family tree
the Stevenses' family tree
1 or 2? Adjectival or possessive in this one?

Thanks.
