Implanted someone in

Is this correct please?
Is the use of implanted natural?


Since its old owner beat the dog. It’s scared of humans. All the beating have implanted weariness in the dog. It’ll take a while before it stars trusting humans.

I think a native speaker would understand your use of implanted; however, the word implanted is used in science or medicine to talk about the placement of a body/biological parts (cells,organs) or devices and artificial parts into a body. g placing an artificial hip joint into a patient or transplanting a donor heart into someone during surgery. Sometimes people do use implanted to describe how ideas have been placed into someone's mind.
