What does 'impish naughtiness' mean?

For eg: If a photo comment of a [small child, a teenage girl/boy] says "impish naughtiness" . How should one take this comment as? [will it be a compliment or a other way round]

Hi The word ''impish naughtiness" means.......... inclined to do slightly naughty things for fun; mischievous. If it is a child then it should be taken as a compliment and if it is a teen one should take this comment a bit seriously.....
