Impersonation

Mr. X has asked me to notify that anyone who would wish to deal with this impersonated account will do so on his own risk and that he (Mr. X) will in no way be liable for any harm resulting therefrom.

Is the sentence correct and natural?

It is an extremely agressive statement and (to my mind) overly formal. Is there really such a high risk of harm that you need to be so forceful? Could your other post simply instructing people to disregard any posts from the fake account not fulfill the same need?

Yes, I don't want my statement to be aggressive. I just want to say people to disregard any post from that fake account. Could you please rewrite the sentence for me?
