Imperative "see"

Hello,

Could you please answer whether it's acceptable to use

the verb "see" in imperative? For instance:

"See the screenshot."

In my opinion, it sounds quite odd and it'd be better to

use "look (at)" (or "watch" where appropriate) instead.

But I wonder whether it sounds the same for native

speakers?
