Dear Tutors, could you please check the below sentences for correction.

I want to comment on a photo of my friends, they dressed in it in a traditional way, So if I say 'all are/were impeccably dressed' , is it correct in this context?

No, because 'impeccably dressed' does not mean 'dressed in a traditional way'. You can, however, mention both facts.
