I am ?Ehsan from Country, before a few months ago I have met with Mr.XYZ and I have requested him to go to America country then he gives me your address. Please let me know what should I do? I am ready

I am Ehsan from (... ). A few months ago, I met Mr.XYZ and I requested him to go to the USA. Then he gave me your address. Please guide me to what I should do now. I am ready.

- Don't use "before" before "a few months ago" statement because this statement itself implies that meaning.

- I don't think you have to write the word "country" after the name of a country such as "America country, England country etc. Because, it's obvious that those are countries.

- When you speak in the past, keep it in the past. You met Mr.XYZ a few months ago, so no need to change the past verb tense "gave" to the Present Tense "gives".

- "Please let me know what should I do?" is correct but I changed it. Just opinion.

- The last one is just a notice to pay your attention to something. If you send to someone for the first time, you should be clearer in describing your letter because he doesn't know you, He might not know or understand what you are talking about. Or he could even forger what you he was asked to do especially if it were a few months ago.

For example:

I'm James from England, I'm sending you this E-mail/ letter regarding (.......... )~.

Otherwise, It would be a vague letter. Then don't be surprised if he didn't reply or answer you.
