Immediately after & after about

Are there any cases in which "immediately after" and "after about" may be used interchangeably?

If so, when? Would you please give me some examples?

Thank you.

I can't think of any. The phrases hardly seem to have comparable uses. In fact, these are hardly phrases at all.
