Immediacy of the present tense

I am giving a couple of sentences below.Please get me correct.

1.I am home.

2.Here I am/here they are.

3.You are forgiven.

4.Permission (is)granted.

5.Here the bus comes. etc

Can I use all of the sentences above to convey a sense of Immediacy of the events?
