Hi,
What does image mean here?
It's all image now.
Thanks

What is the context? Perhaps it means that now it's all about how a celebrity or an artist looks to the public rather than what they do or how well they perform.

Yeah, today most bands only care about their image and not about how well they perform. That's why he said "It's all image now".

Thank you,
I have another question.
Is " Is she ever lucky!" a statement? What does it mean? And how can I use it?

Yes.
virginia274What does it mean?
It means she is very lucky.
virginia274And how can I use it?
I would say it's quite informal, so I suggest you avoid using it in serious writing.

You're welcome.

And in case you were wondering -- inversion is sometimes used in statements for emphasis:

Oh boy, does it feel so great!

That sort of inversion is the only legitimate use for the exclamation point outside of dialogue, by the way (in my opinion). It marks the inversion as not a question.

He stuck in his thumb
And pulled out a plum
And said, "What a good boy am I!"
