I'm with you

Hi
When in a discussion i want to expresses my support of someone else's claims. I could say: "I'm with you". but if i back his up only in one of his remarks not all of them. What could i say using that aforementioned expression?
Maybe "I'm with you on....(what i agree on) but not on....(what i disagree)"

Thanks, i usually though don't get involved in formal conversations and if so, i won't be using formal expressions! Now my question to be clear is if i could use "on" in that composition. Like: I'm with you on..
