I'm trying to express this

Is it understood?
Do I have to change something?

We will rent out the whole restaurant the day of the week it's slowest so that we don't rent the place out at a lose because we could make more from people coming in for dinner.

Thanks

g. ) We will not rent it out on other days because we would probably lose money. We will make more money from the normal trade rather than the day's rental.
