I'm struggling with these 2 sentences please

Could you please help me correct these 2 sentences please?

1 The trays are there for people who want to take their breakfast to their rooms.

2 I need to disconnect all the phone''s in the rooms that are checking out this morning.

I think #1 is correct. I'm not sure about #2 but I think it should be something like: I need to disconnect all the phones in the rooms that will be checked out this morning.

I think #1 is correct.
I'm not sure about #2 but I think it should be something like: I need to disconnect all the phones in the rooms that will be checked out this morning.
