I’m sorry message to exboyfriend

Hello world!

Sometimes we act crazy, sometimes lovely. I broke up with a very sweeting and beloved person to me under emotional crash. But! I don’t usually act like that, and I really feel to send him a text message to apologize. Is this is correct?

Hey. How are you? Hope all is well. You know, I often think of you lately. It’s been enough time has passed since our separation, but I can only now soberly assess. At some point, I completely lost my individuality, and so improperly prioritized. Please forgive me for this. This break helped me realize and understand many important things. I respect your feelings and your opinion. But maybe you would be open to meeting with me. I just want to see you as my old friend, whom I have not seen for 100 years. Just to understand that you are doing well and you are no longer angry with me.
