Hi all. How would I say to apologize to sb for sth?
"I am sorry If I gave you wrong impression"
or
"I am sorry If I have given you wrong impression"?

A couple more small comments.

You need an article.

How would I say to apologize to sb for sth?
"I am sorry If I gave you the/a wrong impression"
or
"I am sorry If I have given you the/a wrong impression"?

The above is commonly said, but to my mind it is less than a full apology, because it is conditional.
