anniemay,

I don't understand what you mean by "I'm seeing here" or "I see here".
In what circumstances do you use those expressions?

thanks a lot for the reply, just the truth... what i meant by the phrases was "i could see here that..." like "i could see here that the warranty has exprired"... like if you see something in the records, database.. etc..

Hello Anniemay

Do you mean this kind of situation:

{Call centre}
Caller: Can you tell me if the cheque I paid into my account last week has cleared?
Employee: How much was it for?
Caller: $152.50.
Employee: I'm showing a credit for $82.50; but nothing for $152.50.

– where 'I'm showing' means 'the screen in front of me is showing'?
