I'm really confused!

I would like to ask which one of these is correct? Uhm, sorry for the trouble but could also you please correct them for me?

1. Once I had seen the picture of Cathy with her mom, I was mesmerized.
2. When I saw the picture of Cathy with her mom, I was mesmerized.
3. When I had seen the picture of Cathy with her mom, I was mesmerized.
4. None of these is correct.

I see then all as fine,the only difference is the time period when the speaker finally sees the picture of the person he is apparently interested in with her mother.
