Grammar

I'm reading the book "Room" by Emma Donoghue

The following sentences came up in the book, the grammar isn't correct because it is told through the eyes of a 5 year old boy who hasn't mastered the the nuances of the English language.

Could you tell me how you'd properly say these sentences please?

"Ma doesn't like to talk about him in case he gets realer" (he thinks the man in question isn't real)

"I'm a bit jiggly so Ma says let's play Orchestra, where we run around seeing what noises we can bang out of things. I drum on Table and Ma goes knock knock on the legs of Bed." (I'm wondering about the bold bit)

"I have to go to the first door to get to the second to get to the third"

Thank you so much

From one former learner to another, I can comfortably tell you that your learning approach is unlikely to get you anywhere because I have watched your writing for over 3 years. My criticism is aimed at helping to improve your sentences which were in fact awkward. Most people answered your question from a grammatical perspective but often tried to be polite so they don't comment on the awkwardness

<<<I don't find my sentences that awkward actually, but last I checked sentences don't speak>>> Yes they are and I am not the first one to tell you.
Alex, have you ever heard the idiom "actions speak louder than words"? Are you disagreeing with this as well?
