Hi,
you can say it either way, it depends what you "feel" is better. Native speakers tend to use a singular verb in most cases, though.

I'd say either "knows" or "know", I can't make up my mind. What I would choose would probably depend on the context...

By the way, Tanit, don't you use both the singular and the plural in Italian too? I have no problems with "E' una di quelle persone che sa/sanno..." --> "He's one of those people who knows/know..."

Ok Tanit, so it's not just me! You know, what remains of my poor Italian is strongly influenced by my dialect...

And you know what I just found out? That this fact (the problem of choosing a plural or singular verb) occours when the subject is different:

I'm one of those people who know/knows...
You are one of those who know/knows...
