I'm not very adaptable.

I don't think I could live in another country. I'm not very adaptable.

I doubt if I could say adjustable instead of adaptable without making a change in senses. If not, are there colloquial alternatives? Thanks.

Perhaps 'flexible'.

I think Clive's suggestion of flexible is actually used more often for that meaning, but adaptable is fine too.
