In my opinion, it's quite grammatical - present continuous tense: I'm fixin' it. Where's my breakfast? (reply) I'm makin' it.

Hi, Avangi

I learned in my school that we don't use know, like, live, and love in continuous form. I heard "I'm lovin' it" in McDonald's commercial.

Why doesn't they say "I love it"

"I love it" is just I like it. But "I'm loving it" is what?

Please give me some example sentences?

We don't normally, but there are always exceptions. In this case, you can't say "I love it" because that means I always love it or I love it all the time or I love it in general. What McDonald's is trying to convey is that, as I am speaking

Hi, Califjim

I don't understand "so they borrow from "I am enjoying it" to create "I am loving it"

That means they use "I'm loving it" because they imitate "I'm enjoying it"s continuous form? and why?
