I'm looking for an existing word instead of 'learnable'

Hi everybody

How could I say the following with using proper English?

Every language is 'learnable' with using English.

Meaning (in my head): English is a so-called 'world language'. It is everywhere. If you know English then you can learn any other languages in an autodidactic way because there are many sources written in English.

Thanks for your answer in advance.

No, because "with using English" is wrong anyway. It's "by using English". Besides, I can't think of anything that can substitute for 'learnable'.

Chinese is just hard but besides that it is widespread. There are many English sources to learn it (these mainly deal with Mandarin). You can pronounce everything by using IPA.

So you can learn Chinese in this way. The process will be much slower if you don't talk to a native Chinese speaker or a teacher of Chinese but still it is possible.

Hole One a New See Is it right that 'with' is never followed by 'verb + ing' (at least not immediately after 'with')? I just checked some monolingual dictionaries and it seems true.
No. "There's nothing wrong with being gay". that's just one of over 17,000 citations in COCA for with + verb+ing.

Thank you very much, everybody

I guess I should start using Merriam Webster dictionary besides Longman, Cambridge, Oxford and Macmillan. I tend to believe that words exist only if they are in particular dictionaries.
