I'm living in Thailand for some years.

Dear all,

Suppose since 2016 I have been living in Thailand. After 2022 I go back to my native place India. In this context, could you please tell me which of the following sentences are correct?

1) I'm living in Thailand for some years.

2) I've been living in Thailand for some years.

3) I've lived in Thailand for some years.

4) I've been living in Thailand since 2016.

That is the best.


#1 is not good English..

#2 and #3 are ok, but not very specific. It could be 5, 10 years or 25 years. Usually "some years" means a rather long time.
