I'm Jackson and would like to meet Mr. Ford.

Please correct/edit the following conversation:

Receptionist:
Whom would you like to meet, Sir?
Client/Visitor: I'm Jackson and would like to meet Mr. Ford.
Receptionist: Okay, let me ask him if he knows you.
Client/Visitor: I'm afraid he wouldn't know me by name. But he definitely knows/recognizes me by face.
