I'm having trouble with these questions grammatically??

Could you please help me with these sentences; Help me correct them please?

1 Looks who's talking?/You're the one to talk.

2 These cards figure to be the best cards over any two random cards. (can you use FIGURE like this?)

3 Some pain is (to be) expected. 'TO BE' optional?

4 That's what I was going for. Something that would catch everyone's attention.

5 I see things differently now that I had a near death experience.
6 I see him differently now that he's lied to me. I thought he was an honest person, he's not.

(I can't understand what the sentence means, so I don't know how to express it.)

He sees one of the players cards and says "These cards are so strong they figure to be the strongest cards over any other 2 cards"

Can you tell me what the bold part means: If both player had 2 cards, the commentator sees one of the players cards,
Does it mean that he see both the players cards but only
