One of the major changes is that people are increasingly fond of working remotely instead of going to work. This brings about great benefits which are related to traffic and the feeling of freedom this way of working provides; however, they may suffer from many challenges when working in a home environment if they are not able to control themselves.I will start by looking at the ups this way of working offers. One of the main plus points is that you do not have to commute to work. Obviously when people get to work or rush home from work, they often get stuck in traffic jams which are so common in the modern world due to the dense population. In addition, this manner of working gives you much more freedom compared to working with your colleagues in an office away from home where the timetable is decided for you. When you process your job things at home, it is mostly up to you to pick up what to do first and next. Therefore, if you are interested in controlling your time on your own and avoiding traffic problems, this is an ideal working manner.On the other hand, working this way may bring about many difficulties. First, people working at home often get distracted because of their relatives, phones or TVs. Unlike working in an office, being not under control of managers is likely that they use their phones more often to get in contact with someone or surf the internet; they can even turn on the TV; they may take care their children while working if they are parents as well. This definitely reduce their work productivity. Another issue is that people working this way often lose touch with their colleagues so they find isolated. These are the main reasons why many of them have to return to their usual working style, working away from home.To sum up, this way of working gives pros and cons. In my opinion, if people try to cope with distractions and isolation they may encounter when working this way, they will find a right work-life balance and find working from home more interesting than many other ways of working.

Avoid vague generalizations like "nowadays" and "in recent years". These are not relevant to the topic.) During the recent pandemic, many people are being forced by law to socially isolate themselves and work from home. And so they find themselves in a totally new working environment which brings them both benefits and challenges. They have more free time since they have no commute, but they also must be very disciplined to maintain their productivity.
