I can correct it for you but this doesn't really look like an essay, it looks more like a statistical chart sort of thing on Australia. An essay has an introduction, body and a conclusion, all of which are not found in here. I just said this hoping you're aware of what an essay really looks like, no offence meant.

Part I:

Australia is the smallest continent in the world. Its territory sprawls to 7.68 million kilometer square.It is also the only continent (delete which is) controlled by a single political existence.

Australia consists of six states: New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia.

Yes, the sentence is in passive form and you don't need to add 'is' anywhere.

Here's the corrected sentences:

But, In the 1st sentece, The morever is pretty important for me, she (The teacher) wanted us to use as more connectors as we can.

2nd: "Australia has no borders with any other countries" is better nah?

3rd: whose is better language (higher) nop? :X

4th: ok thx ^_^

5th: I looked in the dictionary, no such word as "Christianism" :<

6th: Literacy not necessarily means that they knows how to read and write :X

So any other suggestions please?

-Literacy means the ability to read and write and it's not wrong.

-I'm so sorry about Christianity, I confused it with Catholicism so it should be the major religion is Christianity.

You can keep the rest if you want, your teacher will correct it for you.

Yes sprawls over is better.

These parts still need work as pointed out by others:

Besides that, Australia's major religion is Christianity which accounts to 75% of the population. (The besides that does not work - there is no connection to the previous sentence).

Moreover, age 15 and over can read and write. (Total population: 100% ; male: 100% ; female: 100%). (Moreover really does not work here and the sentence is ungrammatical even without it..100% of people over 15 are literate/can read and write. That is what literate means.)
