I'm finished with you

"I'm finished with you"
"I'm done"

these sentence mean past in here? i mean it's not present tense, right?
I know those are passive sentence but is it pass or not?

The sentences are grammatically in the present tense. I find it easier to think of "finished" and "done" as adjectives rather than as part of a passive construction. Although both sentences are in the present tense and describe a present state, there is a strong sense that this state has come about because of past events.
