I'm driving a car for the first time.

Dear all,

Suppose, I'm driving a car now. I'm driving it for the first time in my life. In this context which of the following sentences are apt and natural to tell to my friend Tom who is sitting next to me.

1) Tom, This is the first time I've driven a car.

2) Tom, This is the first time I've been driving a car.

3)Tom, I am driving a car for the first time.
