I'm confused between "how I can~ " and "how can I~"?

Hi,

When I talk to someone about something subject.
I want to use the below expression.
but I'm confused between "how I can~ " and "how can I~"?
I think this is the same meaning.

can I use anything regardless them?

How can I...? Is a question about method. This is the common expression.
How can I get to New York? Take the coast road.
How can I believe you? You lie so often.
How can I fix my leaking pipes? First, shut off the water.

How I can... is a more uncommon phrase. It is a statement.
